Southwest Microwave is pleased to announce that Sergio Rivera, Southwest Microwave’s Latin America Sales Manager for nearly two decades, will now also oversee sales activities in Southeastern USA, to include Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and Eastern Tennessee.
With more than 25 years of security technology experience, Sergio partners with consultants, A&Es, end users and systems integrators toward strategic planning for the protection of high-security projects across the energy, oil and gas, transportation, industrial and correctional sectors.

Sergio is a certified Physical Security Professional (PSP) and an active member of several associations, including the American Society of Industrial Security (ASIS) and the Latin American Security Association (ALAS). He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and frequently speaks on perimeter security technology best practices across the Americas. He holds an MBA from Barry University in Florida and a Bachelor of Science in mechanical and electrical engineering from Universidad Panamericana in Mexico City.
