The Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you’ll represent our industry-leading perimeter security solutions to key sectors including critical infrastructure, government facilities, transportation hubs, and industrial sites. You’ll build and nurture relationships with systems integrators, consultants, and end-users while providing expert guidance on complex security solutions.
Key Details
– Location: Based in Middle East region
– Reports to: UK-based Director of Sales
– Travel Requirements: High level of travel expected, including on-site commissioning and customer follow-up
– Compensation: Competitive base salary and commission structure commensurate with experience
The Ideal Candidate
– Proven track record in technical B2B sales within the electronic security industry (access control, CCTV, security management systems)
– Deep understanding of integrated security systems and solutions architecture
– Established industry network in the Middle East region
– Self-motivated professional who thrives on building long-term customer relationships
– Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand complex system requirements
– Excellence in consultative selling and solution development
– Passionate about maintaining our reputation for quality and customer service

Required Experience
– 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience in electronic security systems
– Proven history of meeting/exceeding revenue targets
– Experience selling to government, industrial and critical infrastructure sectors
– Strong presentation and technical writing skills
– Fluent in English (additional regional languages beneficial)
